General: Bright, Juicy, Refreshing, Sweet

Aroma & Taste: This coffee is quite sweet and becomes even more delightful as it cools. It is multi-layered and highly complex. Citrus notes reminiscent of bergamot, lime, and orange blend with stone fruits like peach and apricot. Tropical fruit flavors resembling pineapple are accompanied by lemongrass, jasmine, and black tea notes.

Acidity: This coffee features a highly complex acidity with citric, malic, lactic, and tartaric components, evoking the flavors of citrus fruits, green apple, and grapes.

Tafo Hero Gurajche, a 38-year-old coffee producer from Sidama, has dedicated himself to coffee farming since 2007.

Married with seven children, Tafo sees coffee as an indispensable part of his life. For him, coffee is not just a profession but a lifeline that sustains his family and community.

In the 2024 Ethiopia Cup of Excellence competition, Tafo’s coffee ranked 17th with a score of 87.50. This achievement highlights his dedication and the essential role coffee plays in his life.
