This coffee is rich in aroma, with dominant floral notes of chamomile, and fruity hints of peach and blackberry. The first sip presents large stone fruits like peach and plum, followed by sweet spices, rosehip, and oolong tea on the finish. As it cools, dark forest fruits like blackberry emerge, and the finish is entirely dominated by peach.
It has a highly complex acidity, with a lightly tart, juicy, citric mandarin acidity, accompanied by a blackberry-like acidity. The body is round and delicate, with a creamy texture, reminiscent of milk tea.
With a medium to long finish, it leaves a clean aftertaste that beckons for another sip.
