Calibre Coffee is a micro coffee roastery founded in 2013 in Beyoğlu, Istanbul. We currently continue our production at our modern facility in Kağıthane, Istanbul. Our mission is to discover and offer you the finest, most complex, balanced, and dynamic coffee beans. Quality, consistency, and sustainability are among our top priorities.
Green beans form the foundation of our quality. The better the beans, the better the coffee you drink. Therefore, we make it a priority to maintain the highest quality in our green beans. However, sourcing high-quality beans alone is not enough; proper storage, roasting, packaging, and brewing conditions also play a crucial role in the quality of our coffee. With the knowledge and experience we've gained over the years, we strive to manage every step of this process in the best possible way.
To source the finest beans seasonally, we collaborate with trusted farmers and farms, aiming for direct imports and sharing this information with you to ensure transparency.
After the sourcing phase, we store our green beans under optimal conditions with maximum attention to humidity and temperature, ensuring they remain fresh and maintain their quality.
