This coffee has a remarkably fruity aroma, reminiscent of tropical yellow fruits in its dry fragrance. The first sip reveals tropical fruits like papaya, stone fruits such as apricot and peach, and grape notes. Its medium velvety body and balanced medium-intensity citric and tartaric acidity complement these flavors beautifully. The sweetness is reminiscent of caramelized fruits as well as caramel itself.
As the coffee cools, the fruit notes become more complex. One can distinguish hints of pomegranate, tangerine, caramelized pineapple, and strawberry green tea. The velvety body transforms into a smoother, silkier texture as it cools. A subtle floral note adds an extra layer of depth to this coffee, enhancing the overall tasting experience from start to finish.
