Tasting Notes: Strawberries, Apricot, Orange, Jasmine Tea, Pink Flowers
Process: 72hrs Dry Fermented, Hand Washed
Brewing Recommendation:
- 16.5g coffee
- 270ml water
- Grind size: 600-700um
- Brew time: Approximately 3 minutes
Brew Method:
- Start with 40ml water at 80°C for the bloom stage (45 seconds).
- At 45 seconds, add 150ml water.
- After 1:45 minutes, complete the brew with the remaining 270ml (water temperature: 94-95°C).
