This coffee opens with floral and citrus aromatics. Its balanced profile highlights notes of Earl Grey tea, sweet citrus, bergamot, and orange. As it cools, caramelized banana sweetness, rich dried fruits, dried fig, and orange peel become more pronounced. The finish carries touches of chocolate and gentle spice. With a medium-high body and medium citric acidity, it delivers a well-rounded and structured cup.

Variety: Caturra, Lempira

Caturra is also known as one of the parent varieties of the Catimor family. Various lines of the rust-resistant Timor Hybrid have been crossed with Caturra to produce compact plants with improved disease resistance.

Lempira is a hybrid of Timor Hybrid 832/1 and Caturra and shows strong similarity to Costa Rica 95.
