This coffee stands out with notes of apricot, apple, orange, and honey. It presents a very sweet, fluid, rich, and fruit-forward profile. Lavender honey, apricot, apple, and pear-like fruits are evident, while as it cools, caramel, dried fruits, and orange nuances become more pronounced. The finish highlights blackberry and almond.

Variety: IH90

Recent scientific evaluations have confirmed that IHCAFE 90 is susceptible to coffee leaf rust in Honduras and likely across other parts of Central America. It is also highly vulnerable to Ojo de Gallo disease.

IH90 is a hybrid of Timor Hybrid 832/1 and Caturra, and it shows strong similarity to the T5175 line.
