This coffee closely recalls last year’s highly acclaimed Agua Sarca Maracaturra and can be considered its varietal sibling. The aroma opens with florals, oolong tea, and hints of large-stone fruits. In the cup, notes of purple grape, red apple, apricot, and cherry take the lead. Its oily body and long finish create an intense, lingering profile.

Variety: Pacamara

Pacamara is a hybrid of Pacas and Maragogipe, developed through selective breeding by the Salvadoran Coffee Research Institute (ISIC). Primarily cultivated in El Salvador, it is renowned for its exceptional cup quality and frequently ranks among top winners in Cup of Excellence competitions.
