This coffee balances vibrant tropical acidity with a syrupy mouthfeel. It opens with notes of white florals and cranberry. As it cools, lemon-like acidity reveals layers of lychee, guava, and Fuji apple. The finish highlights oolong tea, orange peel, and raw almond.
Variety: Chiroso Caturra
Chiroso is a relatively new coffee variety grown mainly in Colombia’s Antioquia region. We began hearing about its cultivation only a few years ago, but its exceptional cup quality has driven rapid expansion. Genetic testing indicates it is of Ethiopian landrace origin, though detailed information remains limited. Its cup profile, however, is outstanding.
